Accommodation

The Conference Fee does not include accommodation. Summer is the high season in San Sebastian. We have blocked some rooms in hotels and student residences from September 4 to September 9. There are two types of accommodation:

  • Hotel. Every participant can book a hotel room by directly contacting the hotel, as indicated in the table below. Please mention the Conference acronym (BDS2022), your name, and the arrival and departure dates in the email.
  • Residence & Hostel. These rooms are reserved for students in the Olarain residence. These rooms can be booked during the registration procedure. 

  We strongly recommend booking your accommodation as early as possible. The summer season is hectic, and hotels fill up quickly.
